A Day at Chapters
Roles at Chapters involve a mix of bookselling, coffee, wine and customer service. We're a small independent business, so everyone gets stuck in and no two days are quite the same.
- Recommending books and serving drinks
- Chatting with customers and processing deliveries
- Shelving stock and creating displays
- Helping with events
- Keeping the shop looking its best
